Water has memory! Water can play miracles in your life. If you see in our ancient India, there were Rishis who used to chant mantras with water in hand and then sprinkle it on someone. Off course, they had immense powers achieved out of years of penance but they use to take support of water and sprinkle it.

People suffering form above problem are advised to fill water in a copper jug and keep it near the bed around the head area. This will give them sound sleep.
