The moment you read Uranus, a feeling comes, what good this planet would do in our lives. It is one of the outer planets which is even beyond Saturn in the galaxy. It remains in a particular sign or Rashi for 7 long years. So, to cover all the 12 signs or Rashi, Uranus takes 84 years (7*12). Let me explain, Jupiter is exalted in the sign of Cancer (Karka) and Jupiter stays in a Rashi for 1 year and covers all Rashis in 12 years. Thus, once in 12 years we have natives with an exalted Jupiter. Similarly, Saturn remains in a Rashi for 2.5 years and covers all Rashis in 30 years.
